If a statement did not convert properly

Tell us the bank, the country and the account type, and what went wrong — a wrong figure, a missing row, a row that should not be there. Do not send us your statement. We do not want it and we have nowhere to put it. If we need a sample we will ask you to redact it first, or to reproduce the layout with invented figures.

Tell us which one. A bank gets its own page once we have a test set for it, and we prioritise by how often it is asked for.
