What this tool does and does not promise

This tool reads a statement PDF and produces a data file. It re-derives every row from the running balance the statement prints, and reports which rows verified, which are flagged and which could not be checked. It does not and cannot guarantee that a converted file is free of errors — no extraction system can, and any site claiming otherwise is overstating what is possible. We explain the arithmetic behind that here.

Check converted figures against your original statement before filing, submitting or relying on them. The original statement is the authoritative record; our output is a convenience.

Not financial or legal advice

We are not a bank, an accountant, an auditor or a financial adviser, and nothing on this site is advice. If a decision matters, take it with a professional who can be accountable for it.

Acceptable use

Convert statements you are entitled to hold. Do not use this tool to process documents belonging to someone else without their authority, and do not use it to produce or alter documents intended to mislead anyone.
