PDF to Excel, CSV and QuickBooks. Every figure re-checked against the running balance your bank printed — so you can see it is right, not hope it is.

Password-protected is fine
We do not ask you to trust the accuracy. We prove it.
A bank statement carries its own answer key: the running balance column. Every other converter quotes you a percentage. We re-do the arithmetic on every single row and tell you, row by row, which of three states it is in.
Every format is free. Including the accounting ones.
Everywhere else, XLSX and CSV are the free tier and QBO, OFX, QIF and Tally XML sit behind a subscription — which is exactly the thing a bookkeeper actually needs.
Your statement never leaves this tab.
Text-layer and password-protected PDFs — the large majority of statements — are read entirely inside your browser. There is no upload step to trust, no retention window to read, and no deletion policy to take our word for. Scanned paper statements are the one exception, and we ask first.
- Turn your Wi-Fi off and convert anyway. The tool keeps working. Nothing that needs a server can work offline — that is the whole proof, and it takes five seconds.
- Watch your browser’s network tab. Zero requests carry your file, because nothing leaves.
- Read the parser source. Published unminified, with the build hash this page is serving.
Statement layouts we have actually tested
A bank gets its own page here only once someone has put real statements from it through the parser and written down what they found. There is no page for a bank we have not tested.
