United States bank statement converters — free
The engine reads a statement by its layout, not by the name of the bank, so a United States bank without a page here may still convert — and the verification report says plainly whether it did. The banks below have been individually tested, which means their page carries the real properties of that bank's PDF rather than a template.
What is different about United States statements
These are the conventions that actually change how a statement has to be read. Getting any of them wrong does not produce an error — it produces a plausible-looking file with the wrong figures in it.
| Date order | Month first — 04/02/2026 is 2 April. We detect this from the statement rather than assuming it, because getting it wrong silently shifts every date. |
| Number grouping | Comma for thousands, full stop for decimals: 1,234.56 |
| Column layout | Usually deposits, withdrawals and a running balance, though the two money columns appear in both orders depending on the bank |
| Encryption | Statements downloaded from online banking are rarely password-protected |
| Credit card statements | Typically print no running balance, so the row-by-row check cannot run on them. We say so on the results screen. |
What the banks themselves let you export. Most US banks offer a CSV of recent activity covering roughly 90 days to 18 months, and it usually drops the running balance. Statement PDFs commonly reach back seven years, which is why anything older than a quarter has to come from the PDF.
